Using Wiziway technology is totally secure and anonymous.
Wiziway as a company does not get revenues from advertising
Its technology is not designed to gather user data.
However, when Wiziway identifies one computer for technical reasons only, data are not processed nore stored nore used for any other purpose than a technical one.

Collecting data
Wiziway does not collect private data. Using Wiziway technology does not require any private identification.
There is no identification in one clicker that would make it different from another.
There is no identification in one driver that would enable to recognize one computer.

Using data
Wiziway does not perform any statistics related to users.
The only data processed by Wiziway concern the performance of the servers.
However, in the case of a legal procedure, Wiziway would be able to trace the IP of the connexions.

Sharing data
No company other than Wiziway has access to data on Wiziway servers.
The users of Wiziway technology do not have access to data related with the usage of the technology.
Wiziway customers can only their own data : their own tags, their own links.
The companies hosting Wiziway servers are well-known and established companies, related to Wiziway through a confidentiality agreement.

Controlling data
Wiziway has established checking points to protect data.
Accessing Wiziway servers requires a password.
Adresses of servers are kept private and are invisible on the internet.
Tag Ids are encrypted, and can only be activated by Wiziway.

Security
Wiziway reliability depends on data confidentiality : it is Wiziway's priority.
Data related to tag ID are stored on Wiziway servers that are accessible from the network, making the service as secure as possible.

Customer web sites
Wiziway guarantees that tags lead to its customers web sites.
Wiziway is not related nore informed to its customers web sites.
The user is willing to access the web site and dealing with the customer practices.

Cookies
A cookie is a file installed by a server to identify a computer and exchange data with it. Cookies are widely used on the internet and controlled. Wiziway servers only use cookies for technical purposes.
Cookies set by Wiziway are not related to personal information.

Changes in the privacy policy
If and when Wiziway modifies its privacy policy, the new document will be available on Wiziway web site, with update time, and the modification will be announced on the main page during 15 days.
